Junk Mail Settings

If emails from certain senders continue to end up in the Junk folder, despite marking them as 'not junk', add the domain to the safe domain list. 

It is especially important to add the Orange Tracker domain to the safe domain list; otherwise, you may miss replies to support tickets.

1. Login into sumail.syr.edu on the web.
2. Go into Settings > View All Outlook Settings (at bottom) > Mail > Junk email.
3. Under the ‘Safe senders and domains’ section, add the domain by typing in ot.syr.edu and then hit enter to save.
