Add Shared Calendars
- Open Outlook and switch to your Calendar.
- from the Ribbon
- Windows: choose Open Calendar or  Add Calendar then Open Shared Calendar...
 - macOS: choose Open Shared Calendar.
- Windows: choose Open Calendar or  Add Calendar then Open Shared Calendar...
- In the Search field, type the name of the calendar and press enter. You can only add calendars for which you have permission.
Examples:
- For the Architecture School calendar, type "archcal".
- For Apple Calendar users, here is an ICS feed.
- For Student Services, type "architecture student services".
- For the Dean's Suite, type "architecture dean suite".
- For room calendars, type "arch slocum", press enter. All Slocum room calendars will populate.
Notes:
You will now see your additional calendars listed in the left side bar.
To view a specific calendar, put a check mark in the box next to it.
To create/edit/delete a booked event (you must have read & write access), double click on the day to open the Untitled - Event window. Be sure to Save & Close any changes that are made.
