Content Contributor Documentation
Content Contributors, or Editors, within the Answers knowledge base are responsible for creating, updating, and managing content objects in spaces they have appropriate permissions to as designated by a Space Administrator. Content Contributors may also have the ability to manage attachments, organize content, and set content Restrictions within a

A Space Administrator is anyone in the space with the Admin Space Permission. Answers Updates


Starting February 2025, information on the monthly Answers releases will be included below.

A new Answers release occurs the second Tuesday of every month. This release contains the following updates: See below for more detailed updates in the new release. Weekly Mention Reminder Users will receive a weekly email notification summarizing any mentions of them from the previous week that are unaddressed. By default, everyone will be automatically subscribed to receive this email. Users can also unsubscribe from this email at any time through their email settings.…
