Adding/Deleting Students from LISTSERV
Adding to the Listerserv
- Go to answers.syr.edu
- Enter “Listserv at Syracuse University”
- On the Listserv page, under “Listserv Subscribers,” log into Subscriber’s Corner.
- Then click on “Subscriber Management” on the left side of the screen.
- In the “Select List” box, hit on the down arrow and choose the listserv that the student is to be added.
- Enter the student’s email address in the gray listserv box. Indicate “Do Not Notify the User.” Then, hit “Add Subscriber.”
- Next, on the same page, enter the student’s email address in the “Search for Subscriber’s” box and hit “SEARCH.”
- Now add the student’s name and hit “Update Settings.”
Each major should be added to two listservs.
Deleting from the Listserv
- Go to answers.syr.edu
- Enter “Listserv at Syracuse University”
- On the Listserv page, under “Listserv Subscribers,” log into Subscriber’s Corner.
- Then click on “Subscriber Management” on the left side of the screen.
- In the “Select List” box, hit on the down arrow and choose the listserv that the student is to be deleted.
- Enter the student’s email address in the “Search for Subscriber’s” box and hit “SEARCH.”
- Hit “Delete” at the bottom of the page.
