Adding Instructors to MySlice
Navigate to Nav Bar >> Menu >> Campus Solutions >> Curriculum Management >>Â Maintain Schedule of Classes
Enter Term, subject, and Catalog number then click "Search"
Choose the main campus class
Next, choose the meetings tab.Â
Find the class section you need by clicking the arrows on the right.
Enter the instructor's SUID in the "ID" field. If you do not know the SUID, you can click the search icon.Â
Set the instructor role. You will mainly use Primary instructor or Teaching Assistant.
Leave "Print" checked. This shows the instructor in the course catalog.
Set "Access" to Approve.
Click "Save"
