AutoCAD - How to check out a license for offline use

An AutoCAD license can be checked out for 30 days. When a license is checked out, an Internet connection is not required to use AutoCAD.

1. Start AutoCAD, click Tools > License Borrowing > Borrow License.
   
   
2. In the Borrow a License window, select a day from the calendar up to 30 days out. (Choosing longer may give an error message.)
   
   
3. You can return the license at any time and then borrow it again to restart the 30-day clock.
