After Password Change

Issue:

  • You have changed your SU NetID password

  • When you try to print to the printers, the job doesn't print and you receive a message Hold for Authentication or On Hold (Authentication Required).

How to Fix:

    1. Go to your Launchpad, open the Other folder, then click on the Keychain Access icon.
      OR

    2. Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top right corner of your screen,

      Mac OS Menu Bar
