PDF files may open in a web browser depending on your computer settings. Please make sure to open your PDF files in the Adobe Acrobat DC desktop app.

Browse to where you saved the PDF file, Right-click the PDF file, and then select Open with Adobe Acrobat DC.
To set Adobe Acrobat to open all PDF files by default, right-click the downloaded document, select Change... button next to "Opens with:", select Adobe Acrobat, select OK to confirm
