Rates for Academic Event Support and Media Production

An estimate will be provided prior to service. LEMP reserves the right to adjust final charges after the event pending changes to event duration or services requested. A final invoice will be provided prior to billing. LEMP will process fees via journal entry.

Labor

Labor charges include set-up and testing time, rehearsals, event duration and strike time. At least 30-minutes prior to and after the event is anticipated for set-up, testing and strike time. Gap time is also included for events after University business hours. Additional hours will apply for advanced video editing requests. Note, four hour minimum on weekends. Labor rates are as follows:

Full-Time Staff (FTE)

$60 per FTE per hour

Student Employee

$25 per student per hour

Studio Rate
For filming in LEMP Studio (includes staffing); Does not include editing.

$140 per hour

Video Editing Rates

$60 per FTE per hour

$25 per student per hour

LEMP will provide guidance on necessary equipment and technology necessary for your event. Equipment charges are as follows:
