Booklet printing using Acrobat

You can print a multipage PDF document as a booklet. Acrobat lays out the pages two per sheet. When you collate, fold, and staple the double-sided sheets, the result is a single book with the correct page order.

  1. Convert your document to a PDF and open in Acrobat.

  2. Convert your document to a PDF and open in Acrobat.

  3. Click File > Print. (We recommend testing on the Bowser printers, which are inexpensive compared to the Koopas. If all looks good, then print on the Koopas.)

  4. Under Page Sizing & Handling, choose Booklet.

  5. Under Booklet Subset, choose Both sides.

  6. Under Sheets From, leave the numbers as is. For example, if your PDF is 16 pages, then it will use 4 sheets.

  7. Enable Auto-Rotate Pages for the best fit.

  8. Print the job and the pages should be transposed correctly. (Again, we recommend sending a test print to the Bowser printers before sending to the Koopas.)
