Team Room Reservation


How to Reserve a Room via the Web:

1. Go to Whitman.syracuse.edu/reserve.  It will use your single sign-on information used at Syracuse.

2.From the Home screen: Click

  • Date and Time field and choose Single 

  • Search by List, Calendar or Floor Plan

    • If using the List View, find the space and click “BOOK”

    • If using the Calendar View, click on the time

    • If usingthe Floor Plan View, select a space with a green hotspot

3.Fill in the information on the Reserve window, including the reservation name, and click Submit

Checking in on your Reservations:

1. Go to Whitman.syracuse.edu/reserve.  It will use your single sign-on information used at Syracuse.

2. On the reservation tile, click Check-in, Cancel or Check-out.

***You must check in to your reservation within 15 minutes of its start time or your reservation will automatically be deleted. ***

Managing Reservations:

1. From the home screen, Scroll down to the Upcoming Reservations.

2. On the reservation tile, click Check-in, Cancel or Check-out.

3. To see more reservations, click View Reservations

4. To modify the time, click the tile to open the reservation. Click the date and time field to update the time.

5. Click Change Asset to update the asset and book a different room

Team Room Booking Rules and Regulations (11/01/2023)

All Students:

-Same-day reservations are permitted daily between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. M-F. [Other times will be first come, first serve, following the access list below.]

-The maximum length allowed for a reservation is 2 hours.

-Only one reservation per student is permitted at a time.

-Back-to-back reservations are not permitted.

-You must check in to your reservation within 15 minutes of its start time, or your reservation will automatically be deleted.

-Please respect your reservation start and end times and leave the team room when your reservation has ended.

-Reservation names containing improper or offensive language will be deleted.

*Any violations of the above rules will result in losing reservation privileges.

  • Set your preferences by clicking on the down carat next to your name on the upper right corner of the screen and click My Profile

  • Add your picture in the details page

  • Go to Preferences add your reservation preferences.

  • Adjust your email preferences on this page as well
