The Xerox printers at Whitman can print in color or black and white. All printers have business ready finishers that can staple in a couple different ways.

1. Select printer properties.

2. Click the Image Options tab and unselect “Xerox Black and White” to print in color.

When this is checked, the print job will be in black and white.

Finishing and stapling.

The Xerox printers have a business ready finisher that has staple capabilities.

For basic stapling, select the dropdown menu next to the Finishing tab.

The dropdown menu has an option for 1 or 2 staples.

The 1 staple will staple your job stack in the left-hand corner

The 2 staple option will staple at the top and bottom left hand side of the paper.

Select either option and hit “OK”
