Discounts can be obtained at AT&T Mobility retail stores; you will need to provide the “FAN” (Foundation Account Number) 2386165. Cellular Service for International Students International students should be able to visit the local AT&T Mobility retail store and obtain service by providing valid Syracuse University ID and FAN # 2386165.
