About Us
ITS Learning Environments and Media Production (LEMP) provides an unsurpassed technological experience to Syracuse University students, faculty and staff by: Designing, installing and maintaining accessible and user-oriented academic learning spaces including classrooms, auditoriums and computer labs; Supporting faculty and staff in the classroom through technology orientation, trainings, equipment rentals and technical support; Empowering faculty and staff to deliver superior and supplemental trainings or academic course content through the multi-purpose studio and media production services; Offering a portfolio of diverse audio/visual services and supporting events for the campus community and beyond; and Fostering a collaborative and creative environment by providing low-cost access to sophisticated equipment at the ITS MakerSpace for the greater campus community.

A/V Design, Installation and Maintenance
Design Standards
Our in-house team designs and installs classroom technology to a high standard.
Registrar Classroom Software
LEMP manages the various software installed in registrar classroom spaces.
ITS Computer Labs
LEMP manages the ITS computer labs and printers that are located on campus.
ITS MakerSpace
LEMP also oversees the ITS MakerSpace on campus. The ITS MakerSpace houses a nearly 3000 square foot fabrication lab with a variety of tools and equipment including 3D printers, laser engravers and more.

LEMP follows the holiday schedule and will be closed for all listed holidays/Orange Appreciation Days.
