Calendar/Event Co-organizer

Are you responsible for creating calendar events or meetings but not always sure you’ll be able to attend? Or, will you be leaving the organization and would like to make sure your group calendar events persist?

Adding a “Co-organizer” will ensure continuity.

To do so:

Open Teams is a browser https://teams.microsoft.com

Select the Calendar

Open the particular meeting/event (double click)

Select “Meeting options” ( I had to choose my account again for this option)

Select “Engagement and then Under “Choose co-organizer” (start typing name, more than one may be entered)

 

“Save” when completed.
