Black Screen Troubleshooting
Sign Out when RDS is showing a Black screen
If after Signing in a Black screen remains showing for a period of time
Use the keyboard combination below to access the menu, Then click on Sign out and try the Sign in again.
On Windows: Ctrl + Alt + End
On macOS: fn + Control + Option + Backspace
