Academic Virtual Hosting Environment (AVHE) -The AVHE is utilized for computational work or data storage from every college of school on campus and is an integral part of the University’s research computing environment. It is very flexible and services many types of workloads including statistical analysis, 3D rendering and visualization and supports researchers with single nodes to small clusters.
Orange Grid – High Throughput Computing - OrangeGrid is the Syracuse University researching computing's high-throughput computing (HTC) cluster. OrangeGrid is a non-interactive Linux environment intended to run analyses that are too large or complex to run on a single server.Â
Zest: High Performance Computing (HPC) - Zest is the Syracuse University researching computing high-performance computing (HPC) cluster. Zest is a non-interactive Linux environment intended to run analyses that require extensive parallelism or running for extended durations.f the University’s research
