Whitman's managed computers are configured to automatically have available to users the networked printers which are most closely located to an individual's office. Additional printers can be setup for you by Whitman IT or you may manual added printers from other parts of the Whitman building or across campus as desired.
Printer Naming
Whitman networked printers have a standard naming allowing easy ability to determine physical location of printer, and as needed device specialization.
Standard naming: WHIT-PR[physical_room_number][optional_specialty_designation]
Faculty Resource Rooms
Located on the 5th and 6th floor of the Whitman building, the Faculty Resource Rooms are equipped with multi-function copiers, grayscale and color printing.
5th Floor
WHIT-PR504 (multi-function copier, supports high speed grayscale or color output)

6th Floor

PhD Suite
Located on the 3rd floor of the Whitman building, the PhD suite is equipped with a multi-function copier and grayscale printing.
