Password Reset for Handshake Employer Accounts

1. Visit syr.joinhandshake.com
2. Select the link below the blue SU login button that says "sign in with your email address."

        3. Enter your Syracuse University email address.

4. Before entering your password, select the link for "Forgot your password?"

5. Enter your Syracuse University email address again.

6. Handshake will send a password reset request to your account email address.  An example of the message you will receive is below. Click the link that says "Set My Password" and follow the rules to reset your Handshake password.

7. Once the password is reset, you will receive the success message below and should be all set to login to Handshake using your new password.
