Content Manager in Answers

The Content Manager provides a top-level view of the pages within the space similar to a page tree, but takes it to the next level by providing information on when the page was last updated, the last view date of the page by any user, and the total views the page has had over the last year. The Content Manager also allows you to select multiple pages and perform actions on them such as archiving or deleting, or running an automation on the selected pages. Lastly, the Content Manager allows you to filter the content by inactive pages (by selected timeframe) and content without active owners, providing better insight and validation for archiving pages and improved content management.

To access the Content Manager, select Content Manager from the side bar of the related space.

See the following vendor documentation for additional information on using the Content Manager: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-your-content-tree/
