Automation in Answers
New with Answers Cloud, Automation brings another level of knowledge management and efficiency, similar to Automations in Orange Tracker. Automation is only available to Space Administrators within the space they have the appropriate permissions. Automations within Answers can be used to automatically archive outdated content, create timed content object creation, change page owners based on deactivation, and much more. A variety of templates are currently available for use when creating a new automation.
To manage and/or create Automations within your space, navigate to the space you have the appropriate permissions in, then select Automation from the sidebar.

Automatically archive content if a page has been in a certain Content Status for longer than 30 days.
