Getting Help and Support

If you need technical assistance, ITS support is available anytime at help@syr.edu or 315-443-2677 during our phone support hours. The ITS Service Center, located at 1-227 CST in the Life Sciences Complex, offers IT related support services for students on-campus.

Faculty and staff should contact their academic or administrative support personnel for issues related to their University issued or campus managed devices.The ITS Service Center does not have support personnel from your academic or administrative department.
