Faculty/Staff Home Use: Qualtrics is a cloud based tool that can be access from anywhere.

Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: ITS maintain a Qualtrics site license that is available to all current SU faculty, staff and students. Log in instructions can be found at Qualtrics.
Student Licenses: Qualtrics is available to all current SU students. Log in instructions can be found at Qualtrics.
