Poll Everywhere - Create Reports for Blackboard Export
Important
You can create reports for participation and graded results. Only certain Poll Everywhere activities are gradable, such as multiple choice and short responsesÂ
Gradebook Reports are the only type of report that can be exported to Blackboard Gradebook.
Reports on participation only looks at the participant response history (without grades/points). To create reports ensure that you must have:
Created folder(s) of your course name in Poll Everywhere under All activities
Activities are saved within your course folder(s) in Poll Everywhere.

Create Report for GradebookÂ
Step 1
Access Poll Everywhere from Blackboard under the Course Content page. Enter your SU credentials when prompted. Select Continue to developer.blackboard.com. Then select Add new gradebook.Â
If you are already in Poll Everywhere, you can select Reports, and then Create report.Â
Step 2
Select Gradebook on the Select a report type right-side menu. Then click Continue.Â
Step 3
Select My activities under All activities. Select the activity you want. Then click Create report. You will note the difference in this report as it presents grade percentages, attendance, etc.Â
Step 4
Once you have reviewed the grades, at the top of the report, you can give the report a name if it doesn't have one, or opt to rename it, accordingly. Then select Done.Â
Step 5
To ensure that your report is saved, re-enter the Reports page again. (Click on the report (clipboard) icon in the left ribbon and select reports) You should see your renamed report saved under the Gradebook type.
Create Report for ParticipationÂ
Step 1
Access Poll Everywhere from Blackboard under the Course Content page. Enter your credentials when prompted.Â
Step 2Â
Select Add new gradebook. On the Select a report type right-side menu.                  Â
Select Participant response history. Then click Continue.Â
Step 3
Select My activities under All activities.
Select the course name you want. Then click Create report.Â
Step 4
At the top of the report, you can give the report a name if it doesn't have one, or opt to rename it, accordingly. Then select Done.Â
Step 5Â
To ensure that your report is saved, re-enter the Reports page again. (Click on the report (clipboard) icon in the left ribbon and select reports) You should see your renamed report saved under the type Participant response history type.Â
