Troubleshooting Placement Exam issues

If any of the following are true, please contact the ITS Help Desk.

  • You do not see Placement Exams under Student Services in MySlice.
  • You can get to the Blackboard login screen, but are unable to log in.
  • You logged into Blackboard, but do not see the Placement Exams Course.
  • You lose the connection to Blackboard before completing and submitting the placement exams and cannot access the exam after logging in again.
