Undergraduate students in the Newhouse DC program can live in housing options arranged by Syracuse University or choose to find housing on their own. A list of housing resources if available. If you are from the metro area, you may opt to live at home. 

HOUSING OPTIONS ARRANGED BY SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY 

TurnKey Housing: 

  • $6,600 a semester 
  • Pricing based off of a two-bedroom, 4-person apartment
  • Located at 1301 Thomas Circle or Andover House at 1200 14th Street NW 
  • Roommate selection form to best match students with similar housing habits
