Adobe Asset and Library Management
With the creation of Adobe Federated IDs for all activly affiliated students, faculty and staff on campus users may find that when logged in it is not possible to access digital assets and other library content. This is likely due to the content being assoicated with a different Adobe account, a personal Adobe ID.
It is possible for individuals with personal Adobe IDs to migrate many assets and libraries to their Syracuse provided Federated ID. Please follow this documentation by Adobe - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/switch-enterprise-id.html
Users who wish to retain assets and libraries after leaving the University can use the Adobe migration tool to transfer many assets automatically from enterprise to a personal license, including Portfolio websites. Assets that must be transferred manually include Lightroom photos and fonts.
