What does Forms provide?

Microsoft Forms can be used to create surveys, quizzes, and polls, and easily see results as they come in.

Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.

Sign-In to Office 365 - follow Sign-In steps and click on the Forms Icon

Accessing Forms on Mobile Devices

Microsoft Forms is available on mobile browsers.
