Calendar Year 2024 CV Update

All CV updates for Calendar Year 2024 will be through the Faculty Portfolio System. Please consult your department chair or an associate dean as needed for timing. 

Annual Report and Recommendations on Tenure-Track Faculty (DOC)

Must be completed for all tenure-track faculty each year.

Annual Report and Recommendation for Teaching Professors or Professors of Practice

Teaching professors, research professors, and professors of practice should check with their department, school, or college for the required form, submission schedule, and other requirements.
