Annual Report and Recommendations on Tenure-Track Faculty (DOC) | Must be completed for all tenure-track faculty each year. |
Annual Report and Recommendation for Contract Faculty | Teaching professors, research professors, and professors of practice should check with their department, school, or college for the required form, submission schedule, and other requirements. |
