These instructor-led sessions are geared toward effectively using the technology we work with each day. Using this page you can register for currently scheduled training using the calendar or request training (sessions added or a special training event for your team) using the Training Event Request below.

Access CITRUS

If you do not have access to CITRUS currently you will need to attend a training session (or a few) to get the access you need. You can request a session by signing up using the calendar on this page or by requesting a session here: Training Event Request

Training Location

Unless otherwise noted all CRM training will take place on-line through Microsoft Teams or in our training space located at 640 Skytop room 224.

AEA Recorded Trainings

AEA recorded trainings are available in the AEA Training Team in MS Teams!

If you do not have access to the AEA Training Team please email iahelp@syr.edu and we will assist you in getting added.
