To apply to complete this certificate program on-campus in concert with your graduate degree, submit the following application materials:

Internal Admission Application 

Please note, if you are enrolled in two or more programs of study (degree or certificate), course credit may be counted toward a maximum of two distinct programs. In cases where you are enrolled in more than two certificate programs, the minimum number of credits earned must be at least 80% of the credits required for each certificate.
