Requesting service from Usherwood

  1. Go the Usherwood website

  2. Supply order

  3. Fill out the form following the form directions

  4. Use phyadmin@syr.edu for the email contact

  5. On the equipment ID section enter either D33034 (copier in 261)  and D33035 (copier in 307) and describe the issue.

  6. Submit

 

Note that the Usherwood company tracks the qty. needed with their own software and ships it to the Department regularly but we try to keep a sufficient stock so we can order 2 or 3 at a time and justify it if we have a large volume of printing to do.
