Student Event Promotion

Student organizations can advertise events via email through the Office of Student Experience. Please use the form below if your event is open to the general College of Law student body or specific programs (residential J.D., JDi, or LL.M.). Include essential details such as the event title, date, start time, end time, location, and an event summary.

Ensure your event is approved by the Office of Student Experience before submitting the form. Please upload your content at least 48 hours before the desired email send date.

If you wish to create custom digital signs or Instagram Story posts for your event, you can do so using our brand-approved templates. Please include an appropriately oriented design for the digital signs (16:9) and for Instagram Stories (9:16). Please adhere to the branded templates for a professional and consistent appearance.
