Using the PTI Letter Tracking Report

The PTI Letter Tracking Report allows you to see the acceptance status of each PTI Offer Letter sent to instructors. As the Office of Human Resources records offer letter acceptances, this information is viewable within your School/Colleges PTI Database.

 Instructions

  1. Follow the Guide for Accessing the PTI Database.

  2. Select the Letter Tracking Report button on the Review/Edit PTI Information Group page.

  3. You will then be brought to the report and can view the status of each PTI Offer Letter.

  4. The report can be exported to an Excel file by selecting the “Export Letter Tracking Excel” button in the upper left-hand corner of the report.

The PTI Letter Tracking report data is updated as HR records acceptances into the PTI Database; there may be a delay between when an instructor accepts and when you see the acceptance on the report.
