Accessing the PTI Database

Each school has been given a separate database to be used for their academic year Part Time Instructor appointments. This database should be used to generate any teaching appointment letter which will allow Human Resources to enter the appointment into PeopleSoft.

 Instructions

  1. In your Shared Drive navigate to G:/HSGR/PTI Offer Letters/Your School Name

 

  1. Each school should see a database named “2024-2025 Your School Name PTI Final.”

  2. When you first open the new database, ensure that you are selecting “Enable Content.”

  3. This will open the instructor search form where you can search for an instructor that has previously taught for your School/College.
