CV PDFs for Web

Update frequency

  • Content from the FPS will be pushed to the Maxwell School website every day at 3 a.m. ET.   More frequent (hourly) synchronization between the FPS and Sitefinity is being explored and may be implemented in the future pending further testing.

Synchronization Notes

  • Content in the FPS from the synced fields will replace the information on the Maxwell School website. If fields being synced are empty in the FPS, then those fields will be empty on the Maxwell website—even if they had content before the sync. If the FPS fields have content, it will replace the existing content in those fields on the Maxwell School website. If you do not want an entry to push to the school website, toggle the Allow Sharing button, in the FPS, to “No”.

What the toggle button looks like

  • Adjunct, emeriti, courtesy appointment and affiliated faculty will not be included in the sync. These will continue to be maintained only on the Maxwell School website and by web maintainers.

Project Timeline
