Dr. Paul & Natalie Strasser Legacy Room (220 Eggers Hall)
Ideal for special events like symposia, lectures, or meetings, as well as receptions with a maximum of 150 attendees.
The room is furnished with a lectern and standard classroom AV equipment, which includes ceiling, lectern, and lavalier microphones and video capabilities for on and off-side attendees.
Default setup: a closed rectangle with 5 five-foot tables on each side and 3 on each end, seating 36-40. To change the setup, initiate the process at least three weeks in advance through the Billed Services Form.
Important: If food is brought in, include room cleaning in your Physical Plant requisition, covering wet mopping, tabletop cleaning, and rug vacuuming.
Keys are available from the Maxwell Dean’s Office during regular business hours.

Maxwell Hall Foyer
Ideal for receptions accommodating up to 150 standing guests.
No events are permitted during regular business hours, with the exception of Dean-approved schoolwide events. Additionally, events will not be permitted when classes are in session in nearby classrooms.
While a table for brief item pickups and drop-offs is acceptable during classes, lingering crowds can cause significant noise distractions.
Joseph A. Strasser Commons (2nd Floor Eggers Hall)
Suitable for receptions of up to 100 guests.
No events during business hours, except for Dean-approved schoolwide events.
- Furniture must stay in the area, and additional furniture can be ordered from Century Party Rental.
Must be named in all advertising as The Joseph A. Strasser Commons.
Maxwell Patio Space
Suitable for outdoor activities.
Maxwell Founders Room
Suitable for meals and small award ceremonies for up to 40 people.
Tables and chairs need to be ordered from Centry Party Rentals.
The furnishings in the room cannot be removed.
