Product Use Rights

Faculty/Staff Home Use: Home use is not available for Operating Systems. Faculty and Staff licensed for Microsoft Office through the University can download Office products on up to 5 devices through your O365 account. Please see the Microsoft Office365 page for more information on this option.
Availability
Institutional Licenses For Faculty/Staff: Departments must license their entire FTE count for each product licensed through EES. All departments on campus currently license their entire FTE count for Microsoft Windows and Office through EES. Some departments also license a variety of other products. ITS has also added the Core Server Platform to EES. This allows unlimited instances of Windows Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, Lync Server, Windows Server External Connector, Exchange Server External Connector, and SharePoint Server for Internet Sites Standard, Lync Server Standard External Connector and Windows HPC Server. Requests to add additional products can be directed to your department’s distributed staff personnel.
Student Licenses: Microsoft Windows 10 and Office365 are both available to current SU students at no charge. Please see the Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office365 pages for information.
