You can print a multipage PDF document as a booklet. Acrobat lays out the pages two per sheet. When you collate, fold, and staple the double-sided sheets, the result is a single book with the correct page order.

  1. Convert your document to a PDF and open in Acrobat.

Your document must contain separate pages, not two pages per sheet. If you laid out two pages on one sheet, crop them into separate pages before going further.

If using InDesign, export your document as Pages not Spreads.

Your document must be in multiples of four pages; otherwise Acrobat will add blank pages to the end when printing the booklet.
For example, if your document is 45 pages, your booklet will have 3 blank pages added towards the end.

  2. Convert your document to a PDF and open in Acrobat.

  3. Click File > Print. Under Page Sizing & Handling, choose Booklet.

  4. Under Booklet Subset, choose Both sides.
  5. Under Sheets From, leave the numbers as is. For example, if your PDF is 16 pages, then it will require 4 sheets.
  6. Enable Auto-Rotate Pages for the best fit.

Send a test print to one of the Bowser printers, which is inexpensive compared to the Koopas. If all looks good, then print on Koopa.
