Please contact Vera Power to assist with facility related issues/concerns, vmpower@syr.edu, 315-480-7861.

If Vera is unavailable, please do the following --

If there is an urgent building issue (heating, leaks, etc.) please dial 315-443-1234 and let them know the building, location, and issue. Flooding and leaks are urgent issues.

For non-urgent issues send an email to ITSOFFICE@syr.edu with the subject line clearly marked FACILIITES: (insert brief description).  Give the building name, room, and describe the issue.

If preferred to handle a non-urgent issues independently, complete the Facilities Service Request form.   Click on Maintenance & Repair.  This will prompt you to fill out your netid and password. You can submit any requests as needed (usually custodial, bulb changes, etc.). A copy of the form will be emailed to you. Forward this to vmpower@syr.edu to notify the request has been placed with Physical Plant.
