Maxwell Undergraduates Recognized in Eighth Annual Celebration of Undergraduate Scholarship

The Maxwell School celebrated the achievements of undergraduate scholarship in the Social Sciences at the eighth annual Maxwell Celebration of Undergraduate Scholarship. Due to Covid-19 restrictions this years celebration was converted into a paper submission-only competition.

The following awards were presented this year: 


Outstanding Student Research Paper, selected by a Maxwell faculty committee:

Kara Foley for her paper titled "Voluntourism in Guatemala: Harmful or Helpful?"


Honorable Mention Research Paper, selected by a Maxwell faculty committee:

Xinzhi Lin for their paper titled "Two Sons of Heaven: Senior Emperors and the Dual Emperorship of the Song Dynasty."
