Sending the print job securely

Choose your operating system for instructions

 MacOS

  1. Send the print job and choose one of the copiers as the destination

  2. Choose “Printer Options” and then click the “i” next to “Xerox Features”

3. Under “Job Type” select “Secure Print…”

  1. Set a passcode and click “OK”. This sends the print job to the secure queue, and it must be released using the printer’s console (see below)

Release print job from copier console

  1. Select “Jobs”

  1. Click “Secure Jobs”

  1. Click the folder that displays your NetID

  1. Enter the passcode you set previously and click “OK”

  1. Click on an individual document to release only that job, or “Print All” jobs
