The FAQ page below has been developed for users interested in finding common questions and answers about the Syracuse University OrangeNow mobile app. Please note that additional questions may be added at any time.

 How do I download the app?

The app is designed for Apple and Google products and the links to the stores can be found here: https://its.syr.edu/orangenow

 How do I choose a different persona/experience?

If you need to select a different persona, choose the avatar icon at the top right corner of the app. Then click on the My Persona bar to switch to a different persona.

 How can I connect to Blackboard?

Current Students can view Blackboard Due Dates, Announcements, and other Blackboard items right through the app. From the Current Students experience, on the main page, open the Due Dates or the Blackboard Announcements section and you see the Blackboard items. If you are not logged into Blackboard, the app will display a Connect button. Select the button and use your netID and password.

 How can I sign out of services?

Select the User icon at the top of the screen and select Signed in to Services

Next, select the service you want to sign out of. Your options will be Syracuse NetID or Blackboard.

The app will sign you out and send you back to the main page. You’ll also see a message stating you have been signed out of the service you selected.

 I have a technical issue, how can I request help?
