For International Relations majors; juniors

For full-time students; U.S.Citizens; 3.2 cumulative GPA; sophomores

James C. Gaither Junior Fellows Program
For seniors, recent graduates

The Carnegie Endowment Washington Scholars Fellowship Program
Juniors, seniors, or recent graduates preferred

Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Public Policy Fellowship
For seniors, recent graduates; demonstrated commitment to advancing Latino community

Eben Tisdale Public Policy Fellowship
For undergraduate students with an interest in public policy and the high-tech industry

Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Scholarship
For high school seniors; based on financial need

Marshall Scholars Program
For graduating seniors from a U.S. university; 3.7 GPA

Pickering Undergraduate Fellowship
For juniors; U.S.Citizens; 3.2 GPA; Fellows must later begin 2-year M.A. program & enter Foreign Service

Public Policy  Affairs Junior Fellowship
For seniors; U.S.citizen or legal permanent residents; committed to completing relevant M.A. program at a PPIA Consortium university

Rhodes Scholarship
U.S.citizens or permanent residents; ages 18-23; seniors

Syracuse Remembrance Scholarships
For juniors

Truman Scholarship
For seniors; U.S.citizens; graduate school applicants; demonstrated superior academic achievement and  extracurricular leadership

Udall Scholarship
For sophomores or juniors; commitment to issues of American Indian nations or to the environment 

Study Abroad Scholarship Awards

Boren Award

U.S. Citizen; matriculated undergraduate or graduate student; N.S.E.P. service requirement (post-graduation)

Critical Language
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; U.S.citizen; completed at least 1 year of coursework

Deutschlandjahr Scholarship for Graduating Seniors
Completed at least 1 year of study; demonstrated interest in Germany & contemporary Europe

Fulbright Award
U.S.citizen; must hold a bachelor’s before start of grant; proficiency in language of host country

Gates Cambridge Scholarship (UK)
Non-U.K. citizen; will complete full-time graduate course of study, Ph.D. or other eligible degree programs at the University of Cambridge

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship
Undergraduate students; study abroad program a minimum of four weeks

Henry Luce Scholars Program
Graduating seniors; background in Asian studies; U.S.citizen; under age of 30

Marshall Scholars Program (UK)
Hold four-year degree from a U.S.university; 3.7 GPA

George Mitchell Scholarship  (Ireland)
Hold an undergraduate degree; U.S. citizen

Language Scholarship Awards

Fulbright Award
U.S.citizen; must hold a bachelor’s before start of grant; proficiency in language of host country

Boren Award
U.S. Citizen; Matriculated undergraduate or graduate student; N.S.E.P. service requirement (post-graduation)

Critical Language
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; U.S.citizen; completed at least 1 year of coursework

For Ph.D. students

Asia Pacific Leadership Program Fellowship
Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated interest in Asia

BA Rudolph Foundation
Female students; current graduate student; previously accepted to an unpaid internship

Carnegie Endowment Fellowship
Graduate students

Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Graduate Fellowship
Completed Master’s or post-graduate degree prior to program start; 3.0 GPA preferred; lawfully authorized to work

Ford Foundation Fellowship
Research-based Ph.D. or Sc.D. programs

Fullbright Award
US citizens; must hold a bachelor’s degree before start of grant; proficiency in language of host country

Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship
Current or recent graduate students without extended work experience in Washington, D.C.

Marshall Scholars Program
Hold four-year degree from an American university; 3.7 GPA

Pickering Fellowship
Applicants must be entering a 2-year Master’s program; US Citizens; 3.2 GPA

Rangel Fellowship
Seeking admission in relevant, two-year graduate program; seniors or recent graduates; US citizen; 3.2 cumulative GPA

Rotary Peace Fellowship
English proficiency required, second language recommended; M.A. applicants;  three years work or volunteer experience

Paul “New American” status; enrolled in a full-time graduate program; under the age of 31
