Fall 2020 Online Course Development

Faculty seeking assistance with fall 2020 online courses development are encouraged fill out the Fall Course Development Form to request support or to submit questions about specific aspects of online instruction and preparation. Some frequently asked questions and relevant links are also available for your reference.

Blackboard learning management software makes class content available to students via the Internet. Blackboard provides students and instructors with interactive web 2.0 technologies such as blogs and wikis.

Online Learning Services



Online Learning Services is a unit within Information Technology Services at Syracuse University. Their primary mission is to provide leadership and support in the appropriate use of technology for teaching, learning, and research.
