Topic Overview

This document describes how students can view the originality report on a submitted Turnitin assignment, provide the instructor has made this option available to the students.

Steps

1. Log on the Blackboard course
2. Enter the content area where the Turnitin assignment was submitted
3. Click on View/Complete
   
   
4. The Turnitin site will open within Blackboard frame
5. You will see information about your submission. For example, name of paper, date submitted, similarity percentage
   
6. Click on the colored bar
   
7. Turnitin Document Viewer will open.  Click on the Originality tab.  Highlighted text has been matched. Sources are located in the right hand column
