In order to recognize the outstanding contributions to the College of Visual and Performing Arts by both faculty and staff, three faculty and three staff awards have been created. The VPA Faculty Excellence Awards will recognize faculty excellence in research, faculty excellence in teaching, and faculty excellence in service. The VPA Staff Excellence Awards will recognize the hard work and dedication of our staff. All awards are $1,000.

Nominations for the upcoming year should be submitted by Friday, March 18.  Nominations should be submitted to Ralph Lorenz, senior associate dean of academic affairs, at ralorenz@syr.edu, and Chris Eiffe, senior director of budget, operations, and strategic initiatives, at caeiffe@syr.edu.

2019
