CABLE TV ISSUES

PHONE: 888-812-2591, Option 1 for Enterprise support, Option 1 for Technical Support, then choose which service (internet, voice or video).

- Provide them with the EXACT address of the problem.  For example, 211 Chinook Dr Apt 2, Syracuse NY 13244

- If the Spectrum rep can't find the address, and need an account # to use, try these:

  • Master Account - 082163001, If this doesn't work, try the ones below.  <---------------------------USE FIRST
  • Account #8456500-01
  • Master Account - 082163001
  • Regional Account Number – 127818701 
  • Account Number –  8358 1009 7001 5839

They will ask you detailed information about this issue and will need a contact name and phone number.

- If they need the name of the person on our account, its Glenn Santa


INTERNET MODEM ISSUES

Same procedure as above with one exception below.

- For internet issues, they will need the MAC address of the modem. They will most likely want to troubleshoot on the phone.
