The pages that follow introduce documentation conventions for the School of Information Studies. While the primary focus will be on how to effectively create structured and accessible documentation on the Syracuse University Answers platform; these guidelines can also serve as an example of how to leverage common practices and specific content types to create consistent and simple documentation regardless of the medium.

Syracuse University maintains an Editorial Style document which contains suggestions on voice, tone, and university terminology.

There is an official brand identity Style Guide for the Syracuse University School of Information Studies.
