If the V-Ray Materials are not appearing on a lab computer, try this to bring them back.

  1. Click V-Ray > Asset Editor.

  2. Click the left arrow to expand the Materials side panel.
  3. Click Download and wait for the files to be downloaded (about 3.5gb). It will first download 3.4gb of textures, followed by materials.

  4. After it's done, click Continue.
  5. Close V-Ray and quit Rhino.

  6. Start Rhino and go back into the V-Ray materials panel.

  7. The materials panel should now show a list of materials (you may have to click the small blue drop down arrow next to Materials to reveal the list).

  8. Click the Continue button.
  9. Now when you click on a material type such as Bricks, it should show the materials in the center column.
  10. Right click a material and 'Add to Scene'
